I am a Northville resident and father of three (ages 11, 8 and 6). I attended the University of Michigan for undergrad (BBA) and went on to obtain master's degrees from The University of Notre Dame (MSA) and Duke University (MBA). Born and raised in Michigan, I met my wife a few miles down the road in Chelsea. We moved to Northville over a decade ago to be closer to my wife's parents. Years later we would discover that my late father was part of the 1947 kindergarten class at the Old Village School located a few doors down from our home on Main Street. We now have four generations living in Northville and Northville Township.
I started my career in Chicago as part of the Management Consulting practice at Ernst & Young, LLP where I focused primarily on Finance and Technology Enablement. My love of the automotive industry (paired with the desire to be closer to family) quickly brought us back to the great state of Michigan. I now serve as the Automotive and Mobility Leader at Slalom Consulting supporting leading automotive manufacturers (OEMs) and suppliers as they navigate an ever evolving industry with complex strategy, business operations, and technology initiatives.
Upon moving to Northville I quickly became engaged in the Northville Community. Starting at the First Presbyterian Church of Northville I served as the Director of Finance (2010-2013), Elder (2012 to 2015), and President of the nonprofit (2013 to 2015). I then got involved with the Northville Economic Development Committee (2018-Present). Through my involvement in this committee I've become increasingly passionate about doing everything I can to support our local restaurants and businesses. I am an active runner and cyclist, a member of the Northville Running Club, and I serve as an Assistant Coach for my children's track and cross country teams. More recently I have been serving as part of the leadership team for the Ford Field Task Force (2020-Present) and I am a member of the Northville Sustainability Committee. Whether discussing Ford Field, the River Walk, or the Northville Downs, the next few years will have a profound impact on the future of Northville. As a parent I want to make sure each decision made will contribute to a Northville community that will thrive for generations to come.
